At Krisnella Divine, we strive to ensure that every luxury skincare product you receive meets our highest standards of quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Easy Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received during transit.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product.

Return Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue and initiate a return or replacement request. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Because our products are premium personal care items, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible.

Refund Process

For approved return cases, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
